Meaning of Life- a deep dive

No one is perfect or toxic free including our own selves ! Yes you read that right! Have you ever paused to think what are your own toxic traits which you are either aware of or maybe someone has told you about it. How have you reacted when someone says that your behavior is toxic for them?

Do you respond with defensiveness or acceptance? Do you feel attacked or do you look at it as an opportunity to grow and make amends in your life? The reason why we are all here is to learn our lessons and finish our Karmic accounts with others around us. So when you come to know that your words or actions are repeatedly hurting another person, what do you do about it?

My suggestion is to take a deep look at yourself without shame or judgement and see if what the other person is saying about you is true. Do this without defending yourself and  your actions. Tap into your own inner voice (intuition) to get the answers for this. If you are always only listening to your conscious mind and ignoring your soul (sub conscious mind), you will not live an authentic life. You need to practice trusting yourself by trusting yourself more often !  Use words like "I hear you, Thank you for sharing with me, Im listening" to encourage others to have an open and honest communication with you at all times. Be honest about your capabilities and limitations and decide how you want to show up in your relationships with others. As you go through life, old patterns and familiar obstacles may keep coming up and you may have to overcome them multiple times in different forms and instances, all through your life.

Also while contemplating about the feedback given by others, do also think if they are trying to silence you from speaking your truth. Many times abuse survivors tend to stay quiet about what is really happening in their own lives, even with close people, as their reality gets gaslit often and they do not feel safe enough to share the truth. Abuse survivors feel ashamed or embarrassed to share their truth and they feel no one will truly ever understand their trauma or pain.  Or there are times when they start speaking up and they are shamed for it, judged or asked to be quiet about it by people who feel threatened of being exposed. If that is the case, go ahead and keep speaking your truth even if it makes a toxic person uncomfortable. You deserve to be heard and no one has the right to stop you from sharing your own life story.

I recently completed reading Dr Brian Weiss's masterpiece "Many lives, Many Masters" and I'm still in awe with all that I learnt from his book. When you realize that this life right now is not your only life and your soul has journeyed across different lifetimes in  different costumes (births), you will be truly humbled. You will begin to change the lens with which you view yourself and others. You will start looking at the bigger picture of life in its full glory and petty issues and toxic drama start to become very repulsive for you. This is a part of your soul journey to ascend spiritually and become a part of the source (Higher power/ God/ Universal consciousness/Love) - You can call it whatever you like but you will clearly see that you are becoming a truer version and more authentic version of yourself as your soul ascends.

Keep looking for more knowledge and keep growing everyday. You are here for a purpose and you need to find and fulfill it. The people in your lives, even the ones that are toxic and give you a hard time, are there in your life for a reason- to teach you your lessons and help you to grow spiritually.  Live in the present moment and resolve your inner conflicts. The war in your head (with overthinking and constant thoughts) can truly destroy your peace of mind. Be mindful not to allow that to happen. Practice a few minutes of mindfulness every single day to bring your mind back to the present moment of safety and calm.

Let go of behaviors and patterns that are no longer serving you or helping you to become a better version of yourself. Protect your energy with healthy boundaries from toxic people . Learn to laugh at yourself, embrace your flaws , learn from your mistakes and truly accept yourself the way you are.

You deserve a life filled with moments of peace, love, calm and not just drama, chaos and manipulations. Find your Ikigai (life purpose) and you will see your life transforming for the better. Ikigai is a conjunction of what you love , what you are good at, what you can be paid for and what the world needs. Have compassion for yourself and others and remember that no matter how bad your life may seem at the moment, this too shall pass and you will emerge from this stronger :)

Did you know that being sensitive is not a weakness but it is a super power that will heal the world. Tune into your inner self.
